5. Intake of mint:

Mint leaves are really healthy for treating indigestion, gas, diarrhea, vomiting problems, etc. You can cook it or have it like that. It can be mixed with teas or any other drink.

6. Cloves and Cumin:

Both these elements contain ingredients that help reduce acidity and intestinal inflammation. Cloves help in decreasing nausea and vomiting. One should take 1tsps of honey mixed with 1tsps of cloves and 1-2 tsp. of powdered cumin into meals for treating an upset stomach.

This water is really healthy for it constitutes potassium and magnesium (helps in contracting muscles for the regulation of muscles, kidneys, heart). It helps in reducing muscle cramps and remaining hydrated.
