First Week:

To start it, first try to avoid the television for its bunch of commercials that focus on junk food. Secondly, prepare an area for workout. Next plan for a juice detox. This is the first step to start as it cleans your digestive system, colon and health of your overall body and also simultaneously giving you enough nutrition and minerals for the coming weeks. One major thing is to always be surrounded by positive people, even if a member within the family is negative, it is better to have less communication with them to see visible difference in the next coming weeks.

Second Week:

After the three day detox your body is now free of radicals and toxins and now you feel lighter and accepting the new change happening in your body. This phase is also called adjusting to new eating. The time is now perfect for you to turn over to new way of eating. The detox program must have helped to clear away all the junk from your house, it is right time to fill the kitchen shelves with more healthy foods.

Many online programs are available with detailed information on what to eat that is healthy and can be easily prepared. Keep trying something new, by adding a new vegetable or a fruit you never tried before.

Third Week:

Now everything is literally set, both mind, body and your kitchen all are set, it is time now to start exercising. This week will be an easy week as all old habits are out of kitchen and mind. This is a week full of energy as past two weeks you have been eating fruits, healthy meals and veggies. The important point to keep in mind is start doing the exercise and not worry much of what type of exercise you are doing. Just try with walking, jogging, swimming, running, or even yoga all of these make a decent exercises and warming your body. The body becomes more flexible and the mobility increases same time. Yoga is a best alternative for non-swimmers are someone who cannot cycle, irrespective of their age.

Fourth Week:

Now you are in 2nd half of the program, time to make more tighter and organized schedules. The tips would be simple but organized behavior can make you reach your success fast. Firstly, sleeping early will make you fit for next day which means that your sleep is not deprived. Just eating a light meal and that too few hours before you go to bed. It may be hard in the beginning but it is not difficult to make it into a habit. Eating light dinner and relaxing body and mind after a tiring day can unwind you.

 Fifth Week:

Building strong relationship between the body and brain can get most of your mental wellness. Stress and pile up of anxieties should be rid out of your life. This is like cleaning of your home, or car. Once, you become clutter free, give space to yourself to meditate and also explain yourself the importance of this in your life. At this point of time, not only you notice change in yourself but people around would also be finding lots of positive changes in you.

Sixth Week:

Run towards the goal, this should be the rule of your living. Make the journey easy by following the steps. Just have a right attitude, keep track of the progress made, on each day basis and appreciate yourself even if there is minor improvement that led to positive change. It is always best to have a commitment contract with yourself, incorporate routines for every change that happened and finally just let the body rest.
